Job Description: The Talent Business partner will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support on a wide range of human resources matters. This role requires a deep understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and effective communication skills to build strong relations with the most important part of our business; the people. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive HR services to group companies encompassing: * Employee relations * Performance management * Recruitment and selection * Compensation and benefits * Training and development * HR policy development and implementation Ownership and administration of the SMS system, including but not limited to: * Maintaining the company's sponsorship licence and status * Ensuring compliance with all Home Office requirements * Keeping the SMS system up to date * Informing management of all relevant changes to sponsorship legislation Employment contract creation in line with company policy and relevant legislation Conduct HR audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with relevant legislation, predominantly in the UK, but European experience would be invaluable. Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure legal compliance in HR practice. Advise management on complex HR issues, offering practical solutions and recommendations. Develop and deliver training sessions and workshops for managers on various HR topics, including best management practices and enabling high performance. Keep abreast of changes in employment law and industry trends to provide up-to-date advice and guidance, including pertinent European employment legislation. Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and resource for all HR-related matters. Elementary recruiting, including: * Job specification writing * Assisting with job postings * Screening Applicants * Scheduling interviews Answering basic payroll questions and providing assistance as needed. Maintaining the accuracy of the HRIS (Human Resources Information System), including data entry, updates, and generating reports. Qualifications and Experience: * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred). * Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR or a similar role, ideally from a product led business. * In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * HR certification CIPD preferred
