Senior Surveyor - Legal Disrepair *Local Council* *£400 per day inside IR35 / negotiable* *Hybrid working* The role: Manage and lead a small team to negotiate with tenants and their representatives' access arrangements, to carry out appropriate inspections and produce detailed specifications of work itemised from the schedule of rates or using composite values. Prepare estimates, feasibility studies, plans, sketches, drawings and photo's as may be necessary To undertake the lead role for Property Services in the defence and management of legal claims to minimise costs and reputational impact. Carry out root cause analysis of claims to identify any problems to be addressed and any opportunities for reducing the incidence of legal disrepair.
