You will be working within the customer service team, speaking to existing customers assisting with general queries. Description Duties of the Customer Service Advisor will be: As a Customer Service Advisor you'll be supporting customers with queries You'll work with customers over the telephone, giving them essential support and dealing with a wide range of disputes and queries. Problem and query resolution Ability to manage and prioritise workloadProfile The successful candidate will have the below skills: To understand the customer's requirements, responding with professionalism and effectively; using your organisational skills to handle customer queries quickly and efficiently. Ability to work well under pressure. Experience in a customer focused role is preferable. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
