Project Manager (Site Based)

Site Based PM Start date - ASAP Salary - 60-65k plus Discretionary Bonus and Healthcare package after 1 year service Company My client is a very successful Fit out and refurbishment contractor with multiple blue-chip clients. They have built a solid reputation in the industry by producing projects to a very high standard across the UK. The northwest office is one of their newer offices but still quite established so there is a great opportunity for progressions and growth if wanted. Job role They require a Site Based Project Manager to join a large refurbishment of an educational campus in Coventry, and following that, to oversee fit out & refurbishments of colleges and offices ranging from £100k to £2m. You will maintain effective communication with all parties involved and report into the Project Director Other Project Locations - Crewe, Stoke, Stafford, Manchester Office location - Central Manchester Requirements/Experience required - Strong background in fit out and refurbishment (Commercial and Education preferred) - SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid certificates required. - Worked on projects with a value up to £2m plus - Must be able to conduct site inductions and toolbox talks - Must be confident in conducting site, client and progress meetings - Be able to manage a full site program to complete projects on time and to budget - Motivate Sub-contractors and trades on site - Produce regular and clear progress reports - Proficient in Editing and creating programs if required would be a desirable but not essential.
