Freelance Site Manager

Off the back of a client meeting this morning I have been tasked in finding a Site Manager to run a school refurbishment in South London. The project is a full refurbishment of a school which will run for 52 weeks, which is worth £20m. The idea is that the site manager will move over to another project after the school. The site manager will be reporting to a Senior Site Manager who will have an Assistant Site Manager and sub-contractors reporting to him.
