Process Engineer - Electrode


We are currently seeking a Process Engineer - Electrode for our client, a pioneer organisation in battery cell research and battery technology development. The successful candidate will fulfill the requirement to support customer projects and campaigns with responsibilities including continuous improvement, customer campaign readiness, support and reporting and project management as required.   The Process Engineer - Electrode will: Direct support to Production, Quality and Plant Engineering Teams with practical and theoretical guidance and instruction. Generate and Maintain documentation – Project progress, Action Tracking, Risk and change management, commissioning documentation, PFMEA. Analyse data and driving process performance; validation and capability studies for campaign use. Manage external Vendors via regular meeting cadence and as requested support off site workshops and critical Project milestones with engineering/project management requirements (e.g. Design freeze, FAT) Conduct Market Research to keeping abreast of battery industry progression.   The Process Engineer - Electrode will have: Time Served (HNC/HND) or working towards / having a degree in Mechanical / Chemical / Electrical Engineering. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Visio and Powerpoint. Experience of delivery of / involvement in OPEX / CAPEX projects. AutoCAD essential; CAD experience required to support day to day role. Management of key project documentation – Risk, Change and Action Logs.
