Housing Officer

Looking for a new role with an organisation passionate about providing safe homes for vulnerable adults with support needs including clients experiencing homelessness, those with complex needs, learning difficulties and life-long disabilities. We are recruiting a Housing Officer to join our team in Bournemouth in a permanent capacity to provide effective tenancy management across a geographical patch, ensuring that all housing management functions are completed to a high standard and ensuring current legislative and regulatory compliance. Offering a hybrid wqork pattern, you will cover a patch based within an 8 mile radius of the office in Bournemouth. You will work with the existing housing team to deal with a wide variety of issues, such as: * Voids/Lettings * Anti-Social Behaviour * Rent/Debt Recovery * H&S Inspections * General Housing Management To be considered for this role you will need to hold the below qualifications or hold relevant experience: * Experience of working with and supporting vulnerable people * Tenancy Management experience and knowledge of the welfare benefits system * Full driving license with access to your own vehicle Offering 5 weeks holiday rising 1 day a year for each years service up to an additional 5.
