Contract Manager - Passive Fire

ABOUT THE ROLE My client is looking for an experienced contracts manager who is well versed within the Firestopping Sector. You will be overseeing the early stages of multiple live projects and final accounts and have experience dealing with project managers who will be reporting into you. You should have high standards that align with the company and be able to maintain them. REWARDS AND BENEFITS Our Client is offering a salary between £55,000 and £75,000 depending on experience. REQUIREMENTS The successful candidate will need proven 5 years (minimum) experience working within the Fire-stopping industry and an NVQ Level 2 in Passive Fire Protection. You will have come from the tools to give you the best understanding of Firestopping possible. You will need to have experience overseeing multiple live projects and have experience with final accounts. You’ll need to be a team player that can plan, control and execute works to complete projects on time, meeting their client’s expectations
