Our client is a world leading asset management firm looking for an experienced engineer to fill the role of senior technician at one of their prestigious London buildings. The job: As a Senior Technician, you will lead a team of Maintenance Engineers in the delivery of maintenance services to a variety of building systems. * Setting Planned maintenance schedule * Responding to reactive works within pre-determined SLA’s * Championing Health & Safety on-site and ensuring compliance. * Servicing a wide range of Electro-Mechanical Building systems. (Lighting, Alarm Systems, HVAC, Plant Room, Water Systems etc...) * Participate in 4 on 4 off, Days Only Shift Schedule What we’re looking for: * Must Have an Electrical Qualification (City & Guilds, BTEC, HND, BEng, BSc) * In – Date High Voltage Authorised Persons Certificate is Highly Desirable * Must have experience servicing electrical and mechanical building systems (3-5 years FM experience ideally) * Must Be Willing to progress to a management role/undergo training What’s in it for you? * Base salary of £51,600 + £1900 Shift Allowance (£53,500) * 5% Annual Bonus * Extensive Training Package * Private Medical and Dental * Generous Pension * Flexible Working Pattern: 4 on 4 off, Days Only Interested?
