Sr. Product Engineer

Job Description * Design and development of Automotive sub systems for passenger cars, in particular Interiors. * Design using CAD tools Catia V5 and Enovia PLM tool. Facilitate & Complete System FMEA for Safety Analysis. * Support Component DEMEA for Safety Analysis. Functional Safety Validation, Impact Analysis and Make Functional Safety Status recommendation. * Selection of manufacturing process and design the parts to meet the functional strength and life requirement. * Generate detail design and 3D models and production release drawings as per OEM requirement. * Co-ordinate testing, prototyping, validation of various proposals. * Co-ordination with Tech-Mahindra Offshore Design Centres in India and suppliers. * Manufacturing feasibility analysis and responsible for engineering solutions. * B-releasing activity in Bentley System.
