Electrical Supervisor

Client: Working throughout several sectors including commercial, residential, education, the business has seen a significant amount of growth in the last 5 Years. With a traditional engineering mindset and reinvestment into new principals, the business expects 2024 to be a similar period of growth. After a successful year they are now looking to increase turnover to £120M, consequently they are looking to expand their operations team. Despite their size, my client are a family owned and run business and this is a trait they pride themselves on with well over 80% of their clients using them on multiple occasions because of the nature of the business. Role: Electrical Supervisor – Central London – £260 - £300 a day As an electrical supervisor you will be responsible for the day to day management of the site reporting into the project manager. Responsibilities: * Ordering of materials * Management of Site Store * Filling delivery and order notes * Ensuring RAMs are signed off * Design Review of scope gaps and clashes (red penning drawings) * Weekly site and Progress meetings * Signing off permits and tool box talks * Liaising with Client, Consultant and Main Contractor * Coordination of full electrical services including specialist sub-contractor * Short term programming – management of labour * Monitoring and recording variations The ideal candidate: * Progressed from a tools background and have good technical knowledge of electrical services. * Experience working in the commercial sector * Experience managing projects to a minimum of £5M within your own discipline * Ideally the candidate will have subcontracted to main contractors such as Sir Robert McAlpine, ISg, Mace, Wates, etc. In return they offer: * A healthy pipeline of work. * Join a stable business who have an excellent staff attrition rate. * A very competitive salary
