Asbestos Contracts Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Asbestos Contracts Manager with a minimum of 4 years' experience within the asbestos management sector to join our existing team based in Essex. As the Asbestos Contracts Manager you will be required to manage a team of Removal Supervisors and Operatives throughout the South of England, you will be required to demonstrate a proven track record in delivering multiple contracts within the asbestos removal business. Responsibilities will include: * Maintaining existing and developing new customer/client relationships * Managing measured term contracts * Scoping works * Pricing Projects * Adhering to all technical and legislative aspects of the business * Adhering to health, safetly, quality and environmental legislation and guidelines The ideal candidate will have: * Minimum of 4 years' experience viewing and providing written quotations for asbestos removals to customers * Experience managing and leading teams * Experience managing a generous portfolio of clients and multiple contracts at one time * Track record of accurate costing for projects, taking into consideration time, labour, materials and equipment * Experience fulfilling the compilation of written plans of work and risk assesments * Experience submitting ASB5's * Excellent customer and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal If this sounds like the role for you please get in touch with Callum and apply now
