Job: Early Years Leader School: Primary Academy, Bexley, Southeast London (Kent borders) Start date: September 2024 Salary: MPS-U3 Outer London (£34,568 - £51,237) + TLR 2A £3,213 Contract: Permanent, full time Aston Education is working with a vibrant 3-11 primary school in Bexley in Southeast London, looking for an Early Years Leader to lead the EYFS team at this 2-form entry school. You will lead and motivate staff ensuring high-quality teaching and a creative and stimulating curriculum ensuring excellent learning outcomes for all EYFS pupils.  The school’s aim is to ensure each child reaches their maximum potential academically and socially by providing engaging lessons through the wide range of opportunities on offer within their curriculum. As a school, they provide a safe, creative, nurturing and challenging learning environment for pupils of all abilities and backgrounds. They are seeking to appoint a qualified teacher with QTS who is ready to lead an Early Years Team. You’ll be driven, a team builder, a team player and have strong experience teaching Early Years including a nursery class. This 2-form entry school hasn’t been assessed by Ofsted yet.
