HR Co-Ordinator


Responsibilities: Conduct background research and preparation for HR projects and initiatives. Assist in HR project management, including initiatives related to well-being, salary, culture and employee engagement. Manage HRIS effectively to ensure accurate and up to date employee records. Experience / Qualifications: Enthusiastic team player with excellent communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and meet high standards. Proficient with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS). Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Graduate calibre individual with a degree in HR or at least CIPD level 5 qualified. Benefits: Flexible working arrangement with 4 days in the office and 1 day remote. Working 37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday. Monthly socials. Opportunity to work in a friendly and busy environment.
