Our client is seeking a skilled Handyman to become the cornerstone of their mobile team in West London. As a Handyman, you will handle a variety of tasks including general maintenance across plumbing, electrical, and carpentry domains. This involves changing locks on different door styles, as well as conducting painting and decorating jobs. You will also tackle window repairs like pane removal if it's within your skill set, and replace light bulbs as needed. Additionally, you will be adept at fitting hard-wired smoke alarms and carbon monoxide alarms. You will be responsible for routine and scheduled maintenance across multiple properties, which includes repairing, replacing, and installing fixtures and appliances. Being on-call to promptly respond to emergency issues is part of your role. You will possess knowledge of fire doors and can replace or fit them. Maintaining a high level of quality in all tasks is essential to ensure maximum satisfaction for all customers. Hours of Work: 40 hours per week, (and 1 Saturday every 3 weeks) Handyman Requirements: A full clean UK driving licence Previous experience working with customers and general public Experience using hand and electrical tools Formal qualifications in electric, plumbing, carpentry or decorating not required The successful candidate must pass a DBS test Handyman Benefits: £40,000 per annum (dependent upon experience) Company Car Fuel Card Meet the Organisation: Who We Are and What We Do Our client is an established supplier of accommodation and property management services.
