Maintenance Engineer

Position: Static Engineer Location: Ealing Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm Type: Full-time Company: Our customer is a growing Hard FM business, with contracts across the South East Responsibilities: Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on electrical, mechanical, and HVAC plant and equipment Managing a single manned site with support from mobile engineering team Ensuring efficient operation of all building systems Conducting regular inspections and tests to identify any issues or potential hazards Responding promptly to maintenance requests and emergency calls Collaborating with other team members and contractors as needed Requirements: Electrical qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial building maintenance Proficiency in maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose and repair faults effectively Excellent organizational and time management skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team For more details about this opportunity, please contact Liam Hargate at Coyles
