CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based in a commercial building located near Uxbridge Station as part of a 2 person team on site. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside a maintenance engineer on site, working closely with an apprentice engineer on site.  The successful candidate will have an understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have experience in Electrical / Mechanical of a commercial office building providing maintenance to all landlord areas. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £42,000, overtime, further training and a potential route into further career progression. Hours of work Monday to Friday - 07:00am to 16:00pm / 08:00am to 17:00pm Plenty of overtime Available  Key duties & Responsibilities Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc) Emergency lighting tests Control Panels Changing Ballast BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold) Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance Maintain and update Log books Plumbing - Unblocking toilets Pumps, motors AHU's / FCU's Water Treatment - Tap Temps, Flushing, Log booksRequirements City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical  17th or 18th Edition Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates A proven track record in commercial building maintenance Multi-skilled Good communication skills Client FacingPackage Up to £42,000 (Based on experience / Qualifications) PDA's 25 days holiday + BH Birthday's off Overtime available Training and development opportunities Contributory pension scheme Call out 1 in 4/5Please send your CV to Dan Barber at CBW Staffing Solutions for more information
