You can also take advantage of their  luxury karaoke booths and cocktail bars making it a forever memorable night…   Responsibilities: Culinary Excellence: Collaborate with the Head Chef to create and execute exceptional culinary offerings. Oversee daily food preparation, ensuring consistency, quality, and adherence to recipes. Team Leadership: Lead and inspire kitchen staff, ensuring a positive and productive work environment. Assist in training and developing junior kitchen team members. Operational Support: Support the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations, including inventory, procurement, and cost control. Ensure a smooth flow of service, coordinating with kitchen and front-of-house teams. Menu Development: Contribute creative ideas to menu development, bringing innovation to culinary offerings. Assist in designing and implementing seasonal menus and special culinary events. Quality Control: Implement rigorous quality control measures to maintain high standards of food presentation and flavor. Conduct regular checks on food consistency, portion control, and adherence to health and safety regulations. Kitchen Management: Oversee kitchen cleanliness, organization, and adherence to hygiene standards. Support the implementation of efficient kitchen processes and workflows. Requirements: Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar culinary role. Culinary qualifications and a strong foundation in various cooking techniques. Creative flair, passion for culinary innovation, and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences. Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor kitchen staff. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
