Quantity Surveyor

Our client is a national developer undertaking new build residential & mixed-use schemes across the country. The need now exists for a Quantity Surveyor to join the team out of their head office in Dartford. The position will report into the Commercial Manager. You will oversee a couple housing projects in South East London. Both projects are traditional build. This position is also offering hybrid working, 3 days in the office/site and 2 days from home. Our client is seeking applicants who have experience on housing developments (Traditional Build). In return, our client is offering £55k - £60k + full package and bonus
