Multi Trader

Role: Multi Trader Location: Reading / Slough and surrounding area's. Salary: Up to £40k, depending on experience Type: Permanent Multi Trader Job Summary: We are currently working with a Housing Association who are seeking skilled and experienced Multi Traders to join their growing team . As a Multi Trader, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to maintenance projects. This is a permanent full-time position based in West London and surrounding area's. Responsibilities of the Multi Trader: * Carry out various maintenance tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, flooring and tiling i.e. : Carpentry: Skirting, hang doors / Kitchen fitting / Reactive maintenance / Plastering: Patch plastering / Painting and decorating e.g. small paint jobs / Plumbing: Tap changes, minor plumbing repairs, bathroom fitting / UPVC: Repair of windows and door locks / Flooring: Cap and Cove, Vinyl * Install and repair fixtures, fittings, and appliances * Conduct routine inspections to identify any issues or repairs needed * Collaborate with other team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on time * Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations at all times * Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used The ideal Multi Trader will have: * Proven experience in the same or similar role * Experience working in residential properties * Strong knowledge of various trades, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, flooring and tiling. * Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Good communication and teamwork abilities. * DBS check * Clean full Drivers License * CSCS Card If you are a skilled Multi Trader with a diverse range of trade skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment, we would love to hear from you.
