Account Manager

This is an exciting new position within the Commercial Team of ethical accounts provider. We are looking for an ambitious Account Manager who can help maintain the relationship of exsisting customers. You will be working closely with our internal and external stakeholders as we develop our range of financial products alongside new and existing partner relationships. The role * Taking responsibility for new clients and all related documentation * Demonstrate attention to detail by requesting relevant paperwork required * Producing and sending confirmation details to clients * Dealing with all related queries from clients from all walks of life * First port of call for existing customers who require assistance and have questions * Providing a comprehensive service to clients to ensure satisfaction * Although not openly selling you must be able to pick up on buying signals for leads * Great customer service skills * Team player and team management skills Working hours -Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5pm Salary: £24,000 - £30,000
