Quality Systems Specialist - IATF 16949

Job Title: Quality Systems Specialist - IATF 16949 Location: England, South East England, Oxfordshire Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time Primary Industry: Automotive Secondary Industry: Engineering Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum Job Duties: Implement, maintain, and improve Quality Management Systems in compliance with IATF 16949 standards Conduct internal audits and drive continuous improvement initiatives Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met Manage corrective and preventive actions to address non-conformities Provide training and support to employees on quality processes and procedures Required Qualifications: Degree in Engineering or related field Certification in Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949) Proven experience in implementing and maintaining quality systems Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of IATF 16949 requirements Managed, updated, changed and implemented quality management systems Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Effective communication and teamwork abilities Proficient in quality tools and methodologies Preferred Qualifications: Lead Auditor certification Working Conditions: This role will primarily be office-based with occasional travel to other sites required.
