1:1 Teaching Assistant


1:1 Teaching Assistant - full-time, temporary Lincoln, Lincolnshire £425 per week (salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications ) April 2024 –  July 2024 Are you an experienced SEND 1:1 Teaching Assistant looking to work in the Lincoln area, supporting a primary aged child on a 1:1 basis with challenging needs in a primary setting. This is an ongoing full-time position starting in April 2024. This role is to start as soon as possible and be an ongoing position until at least July 2024, full-time working Monday to Friday 8:30am until 3:30pm. Supporting a child in KS2 on a 1:1 basis with challenging needs, so SEND experience would be required for this role. This position could become long-term and permanent, depending on the needs of the school and specific child who is being supported, in addition to being the right fit for the 1:1 Teaching Assistant. This is a friendly and welcoming school with a supportive team of staff. Working in this primary school as part of an established team. Requirements  To be considered for the role of 1:1 Teaching Assistant you will: Hold a level 2 or above qualification in supporting children Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Have previous experience of working with children or young people; ideally within a school, nursery, childcare, youth work, play or care setting within the last 2 years We must be able to obtain valid references from these roles Hold, or be prepared to undergo an Enhanced DBS, registered to the Update Service What we offer  As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, part of our team, you benefit from:  Excellent daily rates paid using the PAYE system.
