Senior Project Manager


We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Facades & Cladding division at Guildmore. The role will be reporting into the Director of Guildmore Facades & Cladding and the duties will include: * Managing and delivering several projects at any one time, ranging from £10m – £20m * You will be leading and managing the teams on the project under your control * You will be expected to attend project meetings reporting on Health & Safety, Programme, Quality and Financial matters * In addition, you will be required to delegate with the commercial team, including design and estimating on design, procurement, manufacturing, and site set up * Coordinate with design team and attend meetings with clients * Handle all contractual correspondence and contract administration relating to projects and keep full records on project activities * Coordinate and monitor material purchasing, production and delivery * In charge of full profit and loss on each project and being able to produce weekly and monthly reports for the board. We are looking for someone who has previously worked for a Principal contractor and has 15 years of construction related experience in buildings with 5 years’ relevant experience at managerial level in Facades & Cladding projects. We need someone who can demonstrate a proven track record in project management of building construction projects. A good team player with a strong ability to effectively lead and motivate a team is essential for this role. In return, we offer a competitive salary between £80,000-£95,000 plus package.
