Contract Data Analyst


Hayley Group Limited are looking for a Contract Data Analyst to work within our well-established and experienced National Accounts Team based at our Kings Lynn branch. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary.

About the role:

As our Contract Data Analyst , you will be responsible for processing dense information to deliver succinct and precise results, ensuring accuracy at all times.

Working hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday

Key responsibilities as our Contract Data Analyst will include:

  • Accuracy and ability to replicate strings of data consistently.
  • Solve complex problems involving data requirements and strategy decisions.
  • Manipulate, analyse, and interpret complex data sets and present them successfully to management.
  • Collaborate with the relevant product departments on data content enrichment.
  • Coordinate with both internal and external clients to gain a comprehensive understanding of data content.
  • Perform data validation, testing and audit data quality.
  • Recommend consistent business naming standards.
  • Create data dashboards, graphs, and visualisations.
  • Produce and track key performance indicators.
  • Understand overall impact and cost of errors, omissions, and oversights.

Skills & Attributes we're looking for in our Contract Data Analyst:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role and knowledge of ERP systems desirable.
  • Experience in a business-to-business account support and distribution role would be advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office and has the ability to learn software systems.
  • Displays a notable sense of urgency in resolving issues and accomplishing tasks.
  • Ensures that time, resources, and efforts are directed toward priorities that align with achieving business goals and objectives.
  • Demonstrates proficient communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to convey, receive, and accurately interpret ideas effectively.
  • Capable of working in a team setting with diverse individuals in a constructive and collaborative manner; adjusts interaction style based on situations and individuals.
  • Able to handle multiple simultaneous objectives, projects, or activities with a keen focus on accuracy and attention to detail, while making sound judgments regarding prioritisation and time allocation.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks, ensuring a high level of accuracy.
  • Full driving licence essential.
  • Residing or willing to relocate to the Kings Lynn area.
