Are you looking for permanent Customer Service Administrator role, working for a stable, growing manufacturing company, offering flexible working arrangements and great benefits?

The Customer Service Administrator role would suit someone who is proactive, has an exceptional attention to detail with a technical mindset. Any interest and/or experience in engineering/manufacturing would be a bonus as you ll be learning all about our products to support the sales team by assisting with pricing, costing, quotations, dealing with client enquiries and tracking orders. Our products are used all over the world, so you ll be speaking with customers across the globe assisting with any enquiries, usually this will be done via Outlook or Teams.
Full training will be provided for this role. You ll have the support of a Team Leader and other colleagues within your team where you ll learn to understand our products, our bespoke computer systems and how to put together pricing, costing and quotations.

The day to day:

• Working from a centralised inbox you will be manually inputting orders and enquires onto bespoke computer systems.
• Data entry, responding to internal and external stakeholders via email, Teams and over the phone.
• Providing support and relationship building with both our customers and internal colleagues from various departments across the business.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Previous experience in a documentation/data inputting role ideally within the manufacturing sector, however this isn t a deal breaker.
• Strong IT skills (MS Office) and excellent spoken/written English skills.
• Interested in working in the manufacturing/production sector, with the desire to learn.
• Able to work in a busy and fast paced environment.
• Ability to work within a team, but also on individual tasks.
• Great attention to detail.

This is a permanent position where you will be expected to work 8am - 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8am - 1:45pm on a Friday

In return you can expect a salary of GBP24628.
