Project Administrator & Document Controller

Objective

To support the Project Manager with all administrative duties ensuring all works
are compliant with respect to; Project Delivery, Commercial Applications and Health & Safety.

Duties

Create work packs to include

Collation of completion packs from previous week

Clock off completed works

Raising outage requests on DOP System

Raise and arrange Traffic Management requests

Liaise with client & local authorities

Liaison with 3rd party interface such as hire companies.

Collation of Timesheets

Attend Project Meetings

Minute Meetings with Contracts/Planning/Project when required

Cross reference cost & sales summary sheet with monthly commercial application and forward to Commercial Team.

Various other ad hoc duties as required

Experience

Have very good written and spoken English skills.

Requires detailed knowledge & usage of excel

Basic level of IT literacy.

Ideally have experience in the utilities industry or similar.

Qualities desired
