Fleet Administrator


This is an opportunity for a Fleet Administrator to be part of a highly motivated and experienced team working in their depot based in Croydon.

Responsibilities of the Fleet Administrator:

  • Raise order numbers for parts
  • Keep the CRM system updated
  • Liaise with other depots that deliveries are on schedule
  • Booking in transport requests
  • Checking invoices against transport logs

Requirements of the Fleet Administrator

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure to set deadlines and prioritise tasks
  • A confident and flexible attitude
  • Good knowledge of Health, Safety and Quality Control
  • Previous background in transport/fleet/logistics or the hire industry

You may of worked as a Fleet Administrator, Transport Administrator, Fleet Controller, Transport Controller, Hire Controller, Hire Administrator, Hire Coordinator, Fleet Coordinator, Transport Planner, Fleet Planner, Transport Coordinator or similar.
