Mobile Maintenance Electrician

The Company:
A global FM and property management company who actively encourage internal promotion and progression.

The Role:
Working exclusively across one contract ,you will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of electrical building services across 15 retail sites in the North West between Blackpool, Bangor and Telford.

You will be predominantly working on electrical services although you will still be required to carry out all PPM's (except for fire alarm and sprinkler tests) and carry out basic building fabric maintenance and basic plumbing and air-conditioning maintenance (change filters / belts).
Working week Mon - Fri 40 Hours
Travel is 30mins each way in your own time, the rest paid at single time.

The person:

• It is essential that you have experience of working in a client facing maintenance role and that you are a fully-qualified electrician.

Salary:

Basic Salary up to 40k, private use of the van, 25 Days holiday plus Bank holidays, 3%/5% pension.
Call out 1 in 6/8 rota UK wide although this is being looked at to be regional with standby being paid at 135 per week.
