Multi Trade Operative

Fraser Edwards are currently recruiting for a Multi Trade Operative for a full time role.

Our client is a well-established, leading Social Housing Contractor and due to continued growth, is expanding its Repairs and Maintenance team. The business has continued to grow over recent years and this new role is a great chance to be part of its exciting future.

The Role:

• To provide reactive maintenance of domestic properties and communal areas.
• To fault find and ensure satisfactory fault rectification.
• 1st & 2nd Fix Carpentry such as kitchen installations, hanging doors, fencing etc.
• 2nd Fix Plumbing tap, basin and toilet changes
• Tiling
• UPVC repairs and maintenance
• Double glazed unit replacement
• Lock change and forced entries
• Garage door repairs
• To use a PDA to manage and record daily work.

Essential:
Full Driving Licence (Company van & Fuel Card Provided)

Desirable:
Previous Social Housing experience
NVQ/ City Guilds

Salary:

GBP36,000 Per Annum

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: GBP36,000.00 per year
