Carpenter Multi Trader

Fraser Edwards are currently working directly with a Housing Association to recruit Carpenter/ Multi Trade Operative - undertaking works across Enfield.

The Role:

This role will be on a repairs and maintenance contract, completing works in occupied and void properties.

Duties:

• Carpentry
• Basic Plumbing
• Kitchen and Bathroom Refurbishment Works
• Minor Tiling repairs to bathrooms and kitchens
• Patch Plastering
• Snagging Works
• Logging works via PDA
• Liaising with customers, clients, and staff

Candidate Requirements

• Full UK Driver s Licence
• Core trade qualification is desirable but not essential
• 2+ years experience within a similar trade role

Working Hours

• Monday Friday
• 40 Hours Per Week
• Lunch Break

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary contract

Salary: GBP24.00 per hour
