Assistant Quantity Surveyor

A close knit, family feel Construction Consultancy in Blackpool is looking to add an ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor to their growing team.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will join a friendly, dynamic and multidisciplinary team of about 20 who work in dual roles incorporating Quantity Surveying, Project Management and Employers Agent duties.

You will therefore receive fantastic industry exposure in QS, PM and EA work which could be the perfect opportunity to learn, develop and grow and in turn progress rapidly.

The incoming Assistant Quantity Surveyor will work across a variety of sectors including Residential, Care Homes, Healthcare, Hospitality/Restaurants, Hotel and Retail. This project variety and exposure could be the perfect opportunity for a driven individual eager to expand on their experience.

Working alongside a number of MRICS Quantity Surveyors, the new Assistant Quantity Surveyor will receive close mentorship and guidance with their APC.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor

• RICS Accredited degree qualification
• Committed to completing APC
• Previous QS experience within a UK Construction Consultancy
• Friendly, confident and eager to progress
