Class 2 Driver Full Time

TEMP TO PERM ROLE

Freeway are looking for 2 x Permanent class 2 drivers to join our customers transport operation on a full time basis. Our client is located in Bradford, West Yorkshire.

Regional and national distribution, 1 - 8 drops per day. Deliveries can vary from 1 drop in the south of England or Scotland through to more drops that are closer regionally

Drivers are required at points to carry out 1 to 2 nights out per week maximum, in cab, night out allowance plus food vouchers and parking/ Our client tries to accommodate drivers nights out to suit so that they are as minimum as possible.

Driving a class 2 HGV vehicle (Minimum 2 years experience)

Time and half pay after 45 hours worked

Moffett licence desirable but not essential, our client will provide training (RTITB Training Course Provided)

Forklift truck licence desirable our client will provide training (RTITB Training Course Provided)

Package:

Weekly Pay

Annual salary (without overtime) - 31,309.20 per year

Overtime when over 45hours done with enhanced rates of 1.5 times normal rate

Drivers who complete a minimum 40 hours are paod for 45 hours

Must have:

• Class 2 (HGV C or above licence)
• In date cards: Licence card, Digi Tacho Card, DCPC card, HIAB Certification and Card
• 2 years previous & proven licence experience
