Mobile Maintenance Multitrade

About Us: Our client is a leading provider of maintenance services in the heritage sector.

Position Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled Mobile Fabric Technician/ Maintenance Handyman with a painting or carpentry bias to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting a variety of maintenance tasks across a handful of static sites in Dover. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a dedicated technician to further develop their skills in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform fabric repairs and maintenance as needed.
• Carry out reactive tasks as required.
• Liaise with admin and client where needed.
• Execute planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) tasks.
• Daily completion of paper work to attribute working hours and tasks.
• Carry out other reasonable works requested by management.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in heritage maintenance, with a focus on either painting or carpentry.
• Driving License
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to adhere to a Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM schedule.
• Training will be provided to support skill development and job performance.
