Responsibilities:

• Factory-Based Sign-Offs : Conduct thorough inspections of modular units during the manufacturing process. Ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and quality control protocols.
• On-Site Visits : Visit construction sites to verify the installation and performance of modular components. Collaborate with site managers and contractors to address any issues promptly.
• Documentation : Maintain detailed records of inspections, findings, and corrective actions.
• Risk Mitigation : Identify potential warranty-related risks and work proactively to prevent them.

Requirements:

• Experience : Minimum of 3 years in warranty inspection, preferably within the modular construction industry.
• Technical Knowledge : Familiarity with modular building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Attention to Detail : Keen eye for spotting defects and ensuring compliance.
• Communication Skills : Ability to communicate effectively with factory personnel, site teams, and clients.
