Assistant Site Manager - Volume House Building

Cracking opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager to work for one of the best Construction Directors in the Buckinghamshire area on a development of over 250 units in High Wycombe.

Responsibilities:

• Managing health and safety
• Build strong relationships with the contractors on site to coordinate the individual trades to ensure they are meeting build targets.
• Working with customer care to ensure all customer journey plans are adhered to from start to finish.
• Working alongside NHBC to carry out plot inspections and key site
• Mentoring and developing all trainees and apprentices across the site.

Key Attributes:

• Experienced Assistant Site Manager with a minimum of 3 years in Volume House Building.
• Fully conversant in NHBC standards.
• CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid, Scaffold Inspection.
• Site sizes from 50 - 300 units as a minimum.

On offer is a basic salary of GBP45,000 - GBP53,000 plus car / allowance, pension, healthcare, 25 days leave, bonus.
