We are recruiting a Yardman for a civil engineering contractor based in Hampshire. The business has an outstanding reputation locally and across the country and can guarantee a long run of work local to Fareham, managing a small fleet of vehicles, plant and general machinery.

The role is suited to someone who has experience in construction and is used to working with plant, machinery and coordinating their transportation and maintenance. On a day to day basis you will liaise with various stakeholders and the Project Manager to ensure a smooth operation and use your initiative to any challenges along the way.

Key Duties:

Coordinate the plant and materials for timely delivery to project site
Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate records for maintenance etc
Maintain a safe warehouse and yard
