Assistant Quantity Surveyor

My client are an expert engineering contractor specialising in the water, wastewater, and renewable energy sectors. With a wealth of experience across all aspects of utilities, they offer comprehensive services from inception to completion.

They're now looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their business.

The role: You'll have an excellent opportunity to learn and develop in your career as a Quantity Surveyor. Your duties will include assisting with the following: Ensuring projects are delivered on time and to budget. Reviewing project costs for accuracy and addressing any discrepancies. Evaluating, pricing, negotiating, and finalising budgets and costs for project scope changes. Developing and maintaining procurement schedules. Preparing bills of quantities and schedules of works for pricing projects. And assisting with subcontract procurement, agreement, payment and award.

Salary: The salary for this role is between 28,000 - 35,000 plus package.
