About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Studies Teacher. The successful candidate will have a genuine passion for teaching and a strong commitment to student success. As a Business Studies Teacher, you will inspire and engage students in the exciting world of business, covering a range of topics such as entrepreneurship, finance, marketing, and management. You will deliver high-quality lessons that cater to diverse learning styles, foster critical thinking skills, and encourage creativity and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons that align with the curriculum and educational objectives.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and supported.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
• Utilise a variety of teaching strategies and resources to accommodate different learning needs.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall learning experience for students.
• Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Specialisation or degree in Business Studies or related field.
• Experience teaching Business Studies at the secondary level (desirable but not essential for NQTs).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
• Dedication to fostering a positive learning environment and promoting student achievement.
