Business Support Officer

Manchester City Council have an exciting opportunity for a Business Support Officer to join their Community Alarm and Technology Enabled Care Team.

Contract: Initial 6 months

Hours: 35 per week, Monday to Friday.

Location: Tulketh Industrial Estate, Kenyon Lane, Moston, M40 9LY. Fully office based.

This is a great opportunity to join a busy, exciting team who supply and monitor technology enabled equipment to the citizens of Manchester.

You will be contacting their customers to arrange upgrades to their Assistive Technology equipment currently in their homes, working as part of a team to achieve the targets of the service.

You will need to be a good communicator, have existing IT skills and be comfortable using a variety of digital platforms.
