Contract Customer Support Representative


Company Overview:
We are a leading provider of aerospace solutions, dedicated to ensuring the safety and efficiency of aviation operations worldwide. Our customer support centre plays a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our clients across the EAME region. As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our team on a contractual basis.

General Responsibilities:

Provide direct support for the integration and performance of new tools, resolving any issues related to EAME customer orders.
Serve as a focal point for initiating the Spares order Management activity for Safran Landing Systems' three product divisions: Landing Gear, Wheels and Brakes, plus Braking, Steering, and Monitoring Systems Equipment.
Monitor and address tools integration and performance issues, including resolving tool issues, unblocking orders, improving classification, managing KOFAX process bugs, and handling Microsoft Dynamics ticket management.
Ensure the quality of master data, including identifying critical data for process performance, clarifying business rules, conducting audits, and updating requested data.
Manage additional tasks such as manual order management, allocation of Wheels & Brakes parts, and setting up new customer accounts.
Collaborate closely with CSC management and teams, including Key Account Management, to manage daily priorities and improve the ordering process.
Handle daily Aircraft on Ground (AOG) activity, supporting urgent requests from customers in accordance with AOG rules.
Encourage the usage of support tools available via our online portal.
Provide support for holiday cover of Key Account Manager portfolios.

Additional Description:
The ideal candidate will have experience in airline operations, Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO), or customer services, demonstrating a working knowledge of the outlined responsibilities. International travel may be required.

Flexibility to support AOG management and potential customer visits.
Ideally, experience with applications such as SAP, MS Dynamics, Office, SharePoint, CRM, and similar software.
