This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our client on an iconic commercial site located near London Bridge. This role will entail PPM and reactive maintenance primarily on mechanical systems and electrical systems, respond to emergencies, liaise with sub contractors, build relationships with the clients and ensure General Building Service Maintenance. You will be following a fixed schedule of Monday - Friday (8AM - 5PM)

To be successful in this role, you will need the relevant qualifications, (City and Guilds / NVQ or equivalent) at least 5 years prior experience in Commercial Maintenance, logbook experience and the ability to work well as part of a team and individually.

Duties:

PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance
AHUs
FCUs
Pumps - Bearings, Mechanical Seals
Sprinkler Systems
Water Treatment (Tap Tests, Dosing, Cooling Tower Checks, etc).
Tap Temperatures
Chilled Water Systems
Plumbing
Generators
Pressurisation units
BMS Operation

Requirements:

Mechanically qualified to City & Guilds Level 2 or NVQ (or equivalent)
Apprentice trained - desirable
HVAC experience - desirable
Building Services Maintenance experience
Very Client facing

Salary and Benefits:

GBP45,000 - GBP50,000 per annum
Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM
