What You'll Do: Maintenance Engineer

• Support continuous improvement and maintenance across our site.
• Implement lean asset management and handle planned maintenance efficiently.
• Address and resolve equipment start-ups, shutdowns, and process adjustments.
• Engage in self-development to stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and legislation.
• Drive cost reductions, minimise waste, and optimise asset performance.

We Need Someone Who:

• Holds a recognised engineering qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
• Understands lean maintenance practices and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
• Has a solid grasp of health, safety, and environmental legislation.
• Is proactive and keen to develop their skills within a supportive team environment.
