Mobile Heavy Plant Fitter

Our client near to Stansted Airport is currently seeking a on-site Heavy Plant Equipment Fitter / Support Person with experienced of on-site Plant Fitting to join their expanding fitter team

The main responsibilities of the Plant Fitter role will include:

• Routine service maintenance of heavy plant machinery - Excavators, Dump Trucks, Dozers, Loading Shovels etc.
• Repairs as necessary to ensure the equipment is fit for purpose within a Stansted located workshop .
• Fault Finding & Inspections
• Trouble shooting and attending VOR situations .

The client is prepared to offer the Mobile Plant Fitter;

• A competitive salary (45 hours) with excellent overtime rates.

The successful mechanical orientated candidate will have;

• A professionally recognised qualification in Plant maintenance and repair (NVQ Level 2 or 3 or equivalent)
• Alternatively equivalent Job History to above qualification .
• A full UK Driving licence ( some field service work is expected )
