Principal / Associate Structural Engineer

I am working with a close client of mine who are now looking for a Principal/Associate Structural Engineer

The role can be based in either their Lincoln or Peterborough office. This role can be hybrid with 2 days a week in the office. You will play a key role in delivering innovative and sustainable designs across various sectors and project scales.

Responsibilities:

• Lead structural design projects from concept to completion
• Conduct detailed analysis and design for various structures
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate designs
• Mentor and oversee junior engineers and technicians
• Ensure adherence to standards and quality processes
• Identify opportunities to enhance services
• Participate in proposals, estimations and client engagements

Requirements:

• Proven consultancy experience in structural design
• Chartered status with IStructE, ICE or equivalent
• Proficient in structural analysis software
• Experience in medium/high-rise and precast concrete design
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Knowledge of BIM and digital engineering
