Fabric Engineer

Fabric Maintenance Operative required in Dover

The Maintenance Operative role will work on a mobile contract looking after commercial building maintenance.

The role will include general maintenance of the facility and candidates with plumbing and basic electrical knowledge are preferable.

This is a great opportunity for a Fabric Engineer to join a market leading Facilities Maintenance company

Duties to include;

• To undertake minor fabric reactive works issued through the help desk within set time frames so that the customer expectations are met.
• To actively undertake proactive maintenance works.
• Low level PPM tasks as required.
• Actively ensure that site housekeeping is kept to an acceptable standard particularly in plant rooms

• Van and fule card provided
• Monday to Friday
• 8am-5pm
• Perm role

References must be provided to vouch for previous works and prior to starting on site candidates will be required to meet with the client for a short interview.
