Location: Static Site located in Wandsworth

Terms: Permanent contract, Monday-Friday, 8-5pm

Salary/rate: Salary is paying 42,000 depending on qualifications and experience.

Requirements: Mechanical/Plumbing Qualifications needed consist of the below -

NVQ Mechanical/Plumbing Level 2/3

About the role:
We are looking to take on board a strong Mechanical / Plumbing Engineer to be based on a site in the Wandsworth. We are looking for a reliable and hard-working Engineer to carry out duties to the highest standard while looking after sub-contractors and clients.

Responsibilities: You will be based on a large commercial contract in East London responsible for all the output on the following PPM/reactive tasks: Emergency lighting, Fire alarms, Lighting, AHU's, FCU's and more

Candidate requirements:
The ideal candidate is client facing (job activities that involve direct interaction or contact with a client or customer)
The ideal candidate has bundles of experience working as a Mechanical engineer and within the facilities maintenance industry
Strong building services background
At least three years' experience in FM industry
