CNC Miller Programmer
to join their busy machining department.
CNC Miller Programmer
responsibilities:
Programming, setting and operating CNC machines using Fanuc controls.
Prove out CNC programs ensuring the highest quality is maintained and the machining processes are running efficiently to maximise productivity.
Programme parts using SolidCam.
Maintaining highest quality throughout the process using a variety of measuring equipment.
Work on their own initiative and accurately to time specific requirements.
Work and promote the culture of continuous improvement, 5S and Lean manufacturing standards.
CNC Miller Programmer
requirements:
Previous experience of programming within a precision machining centre is essential.
Offline programming with SolidCam would be preferred.
Working with customer drawings, files, and specifications to create CNC programs, set and operate with minimum supervision.
