Job Title: Floor Layer

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (Temp to Perm optional)

Location: Ipswich & Sorrounding Areas

Rate: GBP32,000 per annum plus Van & Fuel Card or ( GBP160 a day + Mileage)

Our client, a subcontractor who deliver high quality services to clients in the social housing and local authority sector are seeking floor layer to join their maintenance team on a permanent basis.

The work will mainly be in Ipswich and the surrounding areas. Working hours are 08 00 Monday to Friday with 30min lunch break. Overtaime available including weekends and nights if desired.

The role: Floor Layer (in particular vinyl sheet flooring)

Working in void and occupied domestic properties mainly in and around the Ipswich area. This will be carrying out floor laying repairs in kitchens, bathrooms in void and occupied properties while at the same time offering a high standard of customer service.

Role requirements -

In order to be considered for the role you must have experinece in floor laying in particular vinly sheet flooring.

- Have own tools

- Experience of facilities or housing maintenance (floor laying background)

- Preferably have experience of working in social housing or tenanted properties.

- Full driving licence & van required.

Travel around Ipswich will be required.

Company van and fuel card will be provided which can be kept at home or full mileage paid if use of own van is optional.
