Position: Service Advisor
Location: Christchurch
Hours: 42.5 hours per week, including weekend rota
Salary: 24,000 to 28,000 per annum + Bonuses + Overtime
OTE: 30,000 to 33,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers with service inquiries and appointments.
• Coordinate vehicle servicing and repairs, ensuring timely completion.
• Provide accurate cost estimates and recommendations to customers.
• Handle customer queries and concerns with empathy and efficiency.
• Proactively upsell additional services to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed records and documentation of service transactions.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role within the automotive industry preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
• Proficiency in computer systems and software applications.
